- Automatic collection by GitHub Pages: when you visit this site, GitHub Pages automatically collects server log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages accessed.
- Behold Instagram widget: when you view the photo feed section of this site, the Behold widget loads content from Behold's servers, which may receive your IP address.
- Third-party CDNs: icons and animation styles are loaded from unpkg.com and Cloudflare's CDN respectively, whose servers may receive your IP address and browser information as part of serving those assets.

I use the following third-party service providers who may receive your personal information as part of delivering their services:
- GitHub, Inc. (United States): this website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub automatically collects server log data including IP addresses and browser information. GitHub is bound by its own Privacy Statement.
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com, United States): contact form submissions are transmitted to and processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to my email address. Web3Forms receives your name, email address, and message content. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for details.
- Behold (Behold Technologies, Inc.) (United States): the Instagram photo feed on this site is powered by Behold. When you view the feed, your IP address may be received by Behold's servers. See the Behold Privacy Policy for details.
- unpkg.com (CDN, United States): icons used on this site are loaded from unpkg.com, a public CDN. Your IP address and browser information may be received by their servers as part of this request.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) (United States): animation styles used on this site are loaded from Cloudflare's CDN. Your IP address and browser information may be received by their servers as part of this request.
I do not share your personal information with any other third parties, and I do not sell your data.
5. Overseas disclosure
Personal information collected through this website is processed by service providers located in the United States (GitHub, Inc., Behold Technologies, Inc., Web3Forms, unpkg.com, and Cloudflare).
By using this website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in Australia.
6. How I store and secure your information
- Contact form submissions: forwarded to my private email inbox by Web3Forms. I retain enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and for record-keeping purposes, and delete them when no longer needed.
- Server log data: retained by GitHub Pages in accordance with GitHub's data retention policies.
- Security measures: this website is served exclusively over HTTPS. While I take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from this site.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
I do not set cookies of my own on this website. However, third-party services embedded in this site may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies:
- GitHub Pages may set functional cookies necessary for serving the site.
- Behold may set cookies when the Instagram feed widget loads.
